SUMMARY:December 2025 Education Event
DESCRIPTION:Greetings!\nOn behalf of the New England Oncology Foundation, a non-profit organization based in Westbrook Maine, we are reaching out to invite you to participate in our educational event. The event will be hosted by New England Cancer Specialists (NECS) at our Rock Row campus. This event is hosted on behalf of and for the benefit of the New England Oncology Foundation and will provide a unique opportunity for your company to exhibit educational content to oncology professionals including physicians, APPS, nurses and pharmacists through educational and collaborative discussions.\nThe New England Oncology Foundation is an independent, organization that is focused on providing healing spaces, programing and events that benefit cancer patients.\nApplication for Section 501(c)(3) Status\nNew England Oncology Foundation is applying to the Internal Revenue Service for recognition that it is a tax-exempt charitable organization described in section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code, eligible to receive tax-deductible charitable contributions.\nWhen the IRS recognizes our tax exemption, which we fully expect, the exemption will be retroactive to our incorporation in August 2025. Therefore, you may take a tax deduction for contributions made now to the Foundation, and we are grateful for your generous support of our mission.\nPlease understand that, if you deduct your contribution, there is some risk that the IRS will deny our tax-exempt status.  We fully expect that our 501(c)(3) exemption will be recognized but we cannot make a guarantee.  If the exemption is ultimately not recognized, you may need to file an amended tax return later to reverse your tax deduction.  Thank you for supporting us.\nEvent Details: \nWednesday, December 10th, 2025\nNew England Cancer Specialists\n11 Rock Row, Suite 110, Westbrook, ME 04092\n\nExhibitors will receive one 6’ table and white tablecloth\nRegistration Deadline for Presenting Sponsorship Opportunity: Friday November 21st, 2025\n\nEvent Agenda: \n5:00 PM – 5:30 PM: Registration and Exhibit Setup\n5:30 PM – 6:15 PM: Welcome and Professional Networking Session\n6:15 PM – 6:35 PM: Educational Presentation with Q\n
